An Oakland man has been charged with attempted murder and other felonies after police accused him of opening fire on a married couple and their three children during a July confrontation.
Tahytus Johnson, 20, faces 12 felony counts, including attempted murder, assault with a firearm, child abuse and firearm-related offenses, according to court records provided to the San Jose Mercury News.
