Signs are in!
After several weeks of tracking the shipment of my campaign signs, they finally arrived this week, and I have been busier than a long-tailed cat in a rocking chair factory getting around town to deliver them to my supporters. The campaign is going really well, and people I meet on the street say they are voting for me because I want a new animal shelter. While I plan to continue the fight for a new building, I am stepping up my efforts to at least get a second bathroom in the current shelter.
Just as a reminder, I will deliver a MOUF FOR MAYOR sign to anyone who makes a $50 donation to the Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS). That is what Reina Galanes did, and I was overjoyed to make that delivery. Thanks, Reina, for supporting me and FAAS.
