A paraglider was rescued after becoming trapped on a cliff face hundreds of feet high in Daly City on Wednesday following a crash, according to a social media post by the CHP’s Golden Gate Division.
The call came in just after 4 p.m. reporting the solo crash just north of Mussel Rock, with the man located on “extremely rough terrain,” about 500 feet from the top of the cliff, according to the the Daly City Fire Fighters Local 400.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including the CHP Golden Gate Division’s air operations, Daly City Fire Department and an American Medical Response ambulance.
