The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking the owner of a 20-foot boat that was abandoned in the waters of Contra Costa County with the engine off, stereo playing, keys on board and a cellphone inside.
The Moomba was spotted Friday in the vicinity of Old River near Discovery Bay, about a mile north of the Highway 4 bridge, the Coast Guard said. Alan Wright Wokas is registered as the owner.
