A UC Berkeley student said she was followed and chased into her off-campus apartment building on Tuesday night. Berkeley junior Eden Winograd said this all happened at around 8 p.m. on Tuesday when she was walking her dog near her off-campus apartment complex.
That night, Winograd said she was walking her dog on the same path she does every night when she noticed a man approaching whom she had seen a few days earlier.
“I started to panic a little bit, but I didn’t want to offend him if he was just standing there,” she said, recalling that she then started crossing the street. But then, she said the man started following directly behind her and saying things to her while she walked…
