SFPD investigating Saturday hit-and-run pedestrian collision

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The San Francisco Police Department is asking the public for information following a hit-and-run collision Saturday that severely injured a pedestrian.

SFPD said officers responded at 8:18 p.m. to Mission and Park streets and located the injured victim. Police rendered aid to the victim until medics arrived and took the victim to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

“The vehicle and driver involved did not remain at the scene,” police said. “We are currently investigating this collision as a hit-and-run.”…
