( KRON ) — Firefighters have contained a fire at a restaurant in Walnut Creek Wednesday afternoon to a wood burning stove flue, according to Contra Costa County Fire. Earlier, Walnut Creek Fire Department firefighters responded to the scene of the restaurant, located on the 1500 block of Mt. Diablo Boulevard between N. California Boulevard and Broadway.

A photo from the scene showed smoke emanating from roof of Bounty Hunter, a restaurant and wine shop located in downtown Walnut Creek.
Contra Costa County Fire’s investigation unit will be investigating the fire’s cause. There have been no reports of injuries. All roadways that had been closed as a result of the fire have been reopened, according to Walnut Creek FD.
