A man has been charged with taking $10,000 in Wunder Puff jackets from the Berkeley Lululemon shop on Fourth Street as part of a retail theft scheme, court papers show. Doyle Young Jr., 21, was arrested in late December and remains in custody as of this week, more than a month later, according to booking records.
