( KRON ) — Crews have extinguished a car fire that broke out on Sunday afternoon in Oakland. A pickup truck at the intersection of E 28th Street and Vallecito Place was engulfed in flames.
Oakland Fire Department firefighters were able to extinguish the flames. Video (above) shows crews extinguishing the fire and the damage done to the vehicle. It is unknown at this time if there were any injuries.
The intersection of E 28th Street and Vallecito Place is next to Highland Hospital in Oakland. No other information was immediately available.
