Oakland has been gripped by a series of armed robberies targeting local businesses, with one suspect now facing a host of charges. Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price has filed twelve felony charges against 21-year-old Xavier Massey, who is accused of committing multiple armed robberies in August and September of this year. Massey could be looking at nearly 14 years behind bars if convicted on all counts.
