OAKLAND, Calif. (KRON) – The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is investigating a shooting that occurred on Sept. 2 in the 2600 block of 74th Avenue. OPD said when officers arrived, they found a victim suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the prompt response from paramedics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene, officials reported.
