OAKLAND, Calif (FOX26) – Nearly two dozen stolen vehicles have been recovered in Oakland, CHP says. According to CHP Golden Gate on October 17, CHP investigators assigned the Northern Foreign Export and Recovery team (NoFear) with help from the Alameda County Regional Auto Theft Task Force (ACRATT) executed a search warrant on a property within Oakland.
