C Casa, a popular Mexican restaurant with locations in Napa, San Ramon, and Emeryville, has abruptly closed all its doors. This comes just over a week after the U.S. Department of Labor fined the restaurant over $48,000 for child labor violations and failing to provide adequate breaks for a lactating employee.
