Police officers responded to a robbery near Greenville St. & St. Gertrude Pl., where a victim reported being robbed of a gold chain and phone by an armed suspect, according to the SAPD.
The victim provided updates to SAPD Dispatch, helping the police officers to locate the suspect, who had fled on foot and ran into the backyard of a home on W. Central Ave.
The police officers quickly contained the area, and the suspect surrendered without incident…
