$5.7 million Powerball ticket sold at Northern California convenience store

A Powerball player in Northern California won more than $5.7 million in Wednesday night’s drawing.

The winning ticket, purchased at Rocklin Mini Mart in Placer County, matched five of the six numbers but missed the Powerball, securing a prize of $5,717,713.

The numbers drawn were 5, 20, 29, 39, and 53, with the Powerball being 6.
