Berkeley police arrested a suspected drug dealer after a brief chase through the neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, authorities report.
The incident began at about 12:20 p.m. when officers on patrol observed what appeared to be a drug deal at Fairview and Adeline streets in South Berkeley, police said.
