The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for a person believed to be in the water in Contra Costa County after finding an unmanned boat, officials said.
The Coast Guard said Contra Costa County reported Tuesday that a 20-foot bass boat was adrift in Big Break, near Dutch Slough around Oakley, in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
