SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A San Francisco homicide suspect who was arrested by a SWAT team in Novato was identified on Thursday as 21-year-old Trayvon Williams.
Williams is accused of gunning down a man at a home on 26th Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. Officers found the victim at 12:42 p.m. on May 2 and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
On Wednesday night, officers with the Marin County SWAT, San Francisco Police Department, and Novato Police Department found Williams at a home on Alameda Del Prado and arrested him. Residents in the neighborhood were ordered to to stay inside during the SWAT operation.
