A 25-year-old man was convicted Wednesday of assaulting a man and threatening his wife and baby in the Tenderloin more than a year ago, San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced.
The family was walking near a playground at Hyde and Turk streets after 11 a.m. on April 29, 2024, when Jefferson Silva approached and assaulted the father, Jenkins’ office said.
