During a recent probation compliance check, Alameda Police Department (APD) officers visited the residence of an individual on probation for felony identity theft and found evidence that led to an arrest, according to an APD report on Facebook.
Officers found multiple fraudulent forms of identification, ID manufacturing equipment, and other items in violation of the individual’s probation terms. Refund checks, credit cards, blank checks, and narcotics were also located. K9 Ace assisted in the search and found a firearm and ammunition.
The individual on probation was taken into custody for multiple offenses.
