The Antioch Police Department has issued a missing person alert for 71-year-old Dwaine Baker and is calling for the public’s assistance in locating him. Baker, who is 5’2” in height and weighs approximately 140 lbs, is bald with black facial hair. According to authorities, he was last seen wearing a black jacket, pants, and a hat.
Officials have reported that he may have last been observed around 2:30 AM at the 7-Eleven/Shell gas station at the intersection of Larkspur Drive and Hillcrest Avenue in Antioch.
