BART’s North Berkeley station reopens after ‘major medical emergency’

(KRON) — A “major medical emergency” shut down BART’s North Berkeley station and halted the Red Line on Monday morning. The station reopened and services resumed just before 11 a.m., according to transit officials.

The station closure was announced by BART at 10:08 a.m. The Red Line stopped service shortly after.
