A Lake Tahoe compound once owned by Grammy Award-winning musician Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds is on the market, offering a rare chance to purchase two adjacent luxury homes with expansive lake views.

Located at 708 and 714 Champagne Road in Incline Village, the properties are listed at $13.9 million and $7.9 million, respectively. Together, they are priced just under $22 million.

Edmonds bought the home at 708 Champagne Road in 1996 and used it as a recording retreat before selling it to the current owners in 2013, according to Washoe County public records.
