A person was arrested Friday after firing shots at police officers responding to a domestic violence report involving one adult and two children in Oakland, officials said.
The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on the 1000 block of West Grand Avenue, according to a statement from the Oakland Police Department. Police identified themselves before they were targeted by gunfire, officials said.
