S.F. DA charges two people with narcotics trafficking

Two people accused of drug dealing in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood have been arrested and charged with narcotics trafficking, according to the district attorney’s office.

Emanuel Kardona-Martinez, 21, and Sharlene Allgood-Pfiester, 25, were arrested just after midnight on August 21 after undercover officers bought fentanyl from them on Market Street, authorities said. They face multiple charges related to drug trafficking and prosecutors are seeking to keep them detained pending trial.

Both defendants have pleaded not guilty. Their next court date, for a preliminary hearing, is set for September 8…
