Pleasant Hill Resident Charged with Intent to Distribute Narcotics After Traffic Stop Leads to Home Search

Early yesterday, Pleasant Hill Police made a significant narcotics arrest after stopping Quinne McKinnon, 46, for multiple vehicle code violations while cycling through the city. McKinnon, a Pleasant Hill resident, was subsequently apprehended on charges of narcotics possession with intent to distribute.

Following the initial arrest, PHPD detectives were quick to obtain and execute a search warrant at McKinnon’s home on the 1600 block of Saint Lawrence Way. The search, conducted alongside patrol staff at approximately 10:30 AM, yielded additional narcotics, firearms, and evidence suggestive of criminal operations.
