$50,000 reward to catch killer who shot SF man in wheelchair

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A large reward was announced on Friday to help catch a killer who fatally shot a San Francisco man in his wheelchair.

Keith Albert, 32, was found suffering from a gunshot wound at 5 a.m. on August 5, 2024 in the area of Shotwell Street and 20th Street, according to police. Albert was declared deceased at the crime scene.

The SFPD Homicide Detail authorized a $50,000 reward for information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person responsible for killing Albert.

SFPD also released photographs showing a “person of interest” connected to the case who detectives are attempting to identify.
