Police arrested a crew of suspected burglars — six boys and an 18-year-old man — after a break-in at an East Bay mall that led to a pursuit Sunday morning.
Just before 4 a.m., Sunvalley Shopping Center security guards called Concord police to report the burglary, which was ongoing after the burglars forced their way inside. A photo the Concord Police Department shared on social media showed a glass door broken in.
