Just one day after he was seen approaching women in San Francisco, a man who served prison time for grabbing and groping women in the city was booked into San Francisco County Jail, records show.
Bill Gene Hobbs, 37, was booked on suspicion of a parole violation just before 4:50 p.m. Tuesday, according to records from the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office. No bond was set.
