SAN ANTONIO – A woman who was caught on camera beating a poodle on the balcony of her apartment was sentenced to eight years’ probation on Tuesday.
Havanna Miller, 23, has been sentenced to eight years’ probation after being found guilty of animal cruelty. She is also required to take an anger management and pet ownership course, in addition to a $2,000 fine.
