The deaths of a family — a couple and their two daughters — whose bodies were discovered in their San Francisco home last month was officially ruled a case of murder-suicide, according to autopsy reports released Monday.
Thomas Ocheltree, 57, Alexandra Ocheltree, 12, and Mackenzie Ocheltree, 9, were fatally shot and their deaths were ruled homicides, according to the reports.
