Two $600K Powerball tickets sold in the Bay Area

(KRON) — Lightning struck twice in the Bay Area last night.

Two lottery tickets sold in the Bay Area hit all five lotto numbers from Saturday’s Powerball drawing, according to the California Lottery website. The tickets are each worth $609,497.

The tickets were sold at the Rotten Robbie gas station at 1655 Foxworthy Ave. in San Jose and One Stop Liquor & Food at 5206 Pacheco Boulevard in Pacheco.

The tickets were both missing the winning Powerball number: 21. The tickets were one number shy of the $546 million jackpot.
