Police are searching for a missing, at-risk man who was last seen Sunday leaving his care home in South San Francisco.
David Borg, 64, left his care home at Capay Circle and Verano Drive at 2 p.m. A silver alert was issued Monday by the California Highway Patrol since Borg has not been seen since.
