Stabbing at S.F. homeless shelter leaves man with life-threatening injuries

A stabbing at a San Francisco young adult shelter sent a man to a hospital with life-threatening injuries Friday night, police said.

The stabbing occurred around 7 p.m. at 700 Hyde St., the San Francisco Police Department said in a statement. Police have arrested one man in connection with the stabbing, police said on the scene.

The address is for the Lower Polk TAY Navigation Center, a shelter for young adults ages 18 to 27 transitioning out of homelessness…
