A Hayward man was given 13 years in federal prison this week for drug dealing, the U.S. Department of Justice said.
Robert Godinez, 53, was convicted of being in possession of methamphetamine and heroin with the intent to distribute, as well as using a cellphone to facilitate drug trafficking, federal prosecutors said.
