OAKLAND — Beverage company Yerba Madre has leased part of a historic building in downtown Oakland in a deal that provides a lift to a struggling East Bay office market.
With the deal, the company will move its headquarters from Sebastopol in Sonoma County to 1910 Broadway in the Uptown district. The lease was arranged by commercial real estate firms CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield.
