Federal prosecutors accused an Oakland physical therapist of overbilling a federal health care program by more than $5 million, including billing for services not rendered.
Shane Jackson overbilled the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs for his treatment of postal workers for nearly a decade, according to a criminal case filing made public Friday.
