(KRON) — One Oakland family’s joyful Christmas Day celebrations turned into a “devastating nightmare” when a young boy was seriously injured while playing with his scooter, according to a verified GoFundMe page.
Cleo Allen said her grandson, Khalil, suffered facial fractures, a broken jaw, and lost several teeth from the scooter accident.
