(KRON) — The Piedmont Police Department is on the hunt for ski-masked suspects who stole a work truck lugging dirt and concrete in an attached trailer and smashed it into a home on Wednesday.

Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Blair and Hillside avenues at 4:45 p.m. to investigate a reported theft of tools.
“Upon arrival, officers determined that unknown suspect(s) had just stolen a 2026 GMC Sierra 3500 with an attached trailer hauling a large quantity of dirt and concrete,” said PPD in a social media post Thursday.
Police said the unknown number of suspects were driving westbound on Blair Avenue toward Ricardo Avenue when they lost control of the work truck and crashed into the front of a home.
No injuries were reported to those inside the home or bystanders…
