An individual with a knife tried to jump over the counter at a Berkeley business during a robbery Monday night, police report.
The robbery happened shortly before 9:20 p.m. in the 1200 block of University Avenue near Bonar Street.
According to Berkeley police, the individual was armed with a “small knife” when he tried to “jump the counter.”…
