(KRON) — A man, approximately 20 years old, was killed in a fiery rollover crash on Highway 235 in Mountain View Wednesday night.

The BWM was traveling at a “high rate of speed” when the driver lost control near Dana Street at about 10:09 p.m., the California Highway Patrol told KRON4 News. The car rolled and caught fire.
Firefighters extinguished the fire and pulled the driver from the wreckage. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released to the public at this time.
Two female passengers were able to escape the crash and were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
