A fast-growing San Francisco neighborhood is getting yet another restaurant from a prominent local hospitality group.
Hi Neighbor Hospitality Group, which runs the Michelin-starred 7 Adams in San Francisco, Mama in Oakland and other restaurants, will open a to-be-named waterfront restaurant at 185 Berry St. in Mission Bay this fall, according to an announcement.
Located directly across from Oracle Park, the restaurant will offer a “fine dining–caliber experience,” with food will be overseen by Hi Neighbor Executive Chef Jason Halverson, though no menu details are available yet. There will also be a bar and café. The 4,400-square-foot restaurant will occupy one part of a historic building on Mission Creek and offer “expansive” outdoor and indoor spaces, designed by architect Cass Calder Smith, who’s behind projects such as Perbacco in San Francisco and the Matheson in Healdsburg. The new restaurant will have floor-to-ceiling retractable windows, a lounge and reservable fire pits, the press release states.
