A California man is facing charges for allegedly flipping his vehicle off the road while intoxicated, with two children inside.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) Hayward division posted photos of the aftermath of the Wednesday crash, warning that “alcohol, inclement weather, and precious cargo do NOT mix.”
