Bay Area hospital seeks help identifying man with distinctive tattoo after train crash

Alameda Health System is asking for the public’s assistance identifying a man who was struck by a train in Richmond and remains in critical condition at Highland Hospital in Oakland.

The unidentified patient arrived at the Wilma Chan Highland Hospital Campus on Feb. 9 without identification, according to a spokesperson for Alameda Health System.
