Caltrans announced several highway closures near Sonoma on Monday morning due to flooding as the area braces for continued rain and storms.
The full closures included Westbound Highway 12 at Watmaugh Road, southbound Highway 121 at 8th Street East and northbound Highway 121 at Fremont Road.
