A car struck and killed a woman in Hayward on Tuesday night, marking the East Bay city’s second pedestrian fatality in four days.
Officers responded to a reported collision near the 23000 block of Mission Boulevard around 9:21 p.m., the Hayward Police Department said Wednesday.
