OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA — The Bay Area is preparing for a wet and active weather pattern as two storm systems move into the region, bringing steady rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds through the weekend.
Forecasters say the first system will bring moisture starting Thursday, followed by a stronger and colder storm arriving Saturday.
