Some vocal detractors in San Francisco’s Richmond District have been calling out a private tennis club for occupying public courts.
Neighbors said, in the grand scheme of things, not getting a tennis court is far from the biggest problem in the city, but it has prompted a debate about who should be able to access public resources.
