A Belleview woman claims she was retaliated against and ultimately pressured to resign by her former employer after she was subjected to an extended period of sexual harassment by a supervisor, culminating in her alleged discovery of hidden video cameras in the workplace restroom.
Ashley Ackerman-Henriquez filed the complaint against Installed Building Products of Jacksonville, LLC (doing business as IBP of Ocala), Installed Building Products, LLC, and her former supervisor, Timothy Flynn in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on April 30.
Ackerman-Henriquez began working at the company’s Belleview office in April 2023. According to the lawsuit, Flynn subjected Ackerman-Henriquez to a relentless campaign of severe sexual harassment.
