A Central Florida defendant was convicted of crimes against a child. “Your prosecutors are dedicated to protecting you and your family by ridding our communities of those who prey upon our children,” State Attorney R.J. Larizza said about the case.
After a two-day trial, a Volusia County jury found defendant Steven Cribb guilty as charged of two counts of Sexual Battery on person less than 12 years of age, two counts of Lewd/Lascivious Molestation on person less than 12 years of age, Conspiracy to Commit Sexual Battery on person less than 12 years of age, and Conspiracy to Commit Lewd/Lascivious Molestation on person less than 12 years of age.
